What is the best method to clean radiator fluid off an engine/serpentine belt/pulleys?

Our 1994 E350 had radiator fluid leak onto the engine due to a loose cap. Checked all other points in the coolant system and there doesn't appear to be any other leak source. The serpentine belt slipped off as a result of the coolant getting onto it/the

Clean water from the garden hose.

No need for any soap, degreaser, carb cleaner (dumb, that attacks rubber) or any thing else. Just plain old water! You are wanting to remove an antifreeze residue right? what do you mix in the antifreeze?
