2009 isuzu diesel engines

How is it possible for an Isuzu turbo diesel engine with 189,000 to lock up (throw rod) after a Kenworth?

Dealer changed out the injector nozzles? Had water and oil in it. Never had any engine problems before.

some of these dealers have the worst mechanics on earth! its quite possible the tip fell of and roached the piston. but it would have smoked like a sob before it locked. i had an n14 with 160000 on it and spun a main. go figure. hopefully its under warranty
