1993 Toyota Previa Starter Relay location?

According to the book I have its behind where the speedometer and such gauges are but It doesn't make since.

Does anyone know where its at? And if it is in that dash area how to get to it? The book shows a single screw and the picture is

The Toyota Previa automatic do no have stater relays,only starter solenoid switchs.
