Snow blower . With 5hp tecumseh on it .
when in heavier snow engine bogs down in cold weather governor. will not open up.
have tried adjusting this.did not help

there is a fan on the crankshaft that blows against a blade that holds the engine RPMs steady. Usually the linkage to the blade gets bent or is rusty not allowing it to accelerate the engine under load. Check for obstructions and freeness of the blade
