Gas in a Diesel vehicle, HELP?

Hello, I am new here and am in need of some serious help and advise.

I have a 2006 VW Jetta TDI Diesel and it holds 14.5 gallons of diesel according to the specs. A Shell service station attendant filled the tank with 14.6 gallons of GAS.

First, file a claim against the filling station in small claims court. The engine is probably shot. Remember, a gasoline engine depends on ignition of the gas vapors, while diesel depends upon compressing the mixture.
